Burgundy natural wine
Burgundy wine extends here from Chablis in Yonne to Mâconnais in Saône et Loire. Passing through the Côte d'Or where we find the Hautes-côtes de Nuits, Côte de Nuits, Hautes-côtes de Beaune and Côte de Beaune. The richness of the soil leads to a multitude of expression of grape varieties categorized in terms of "climate" and appellations. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are kings, perfectly suited to the Burgundy soil. But we also find Aligoté and Gamay there. Renowned worldwide, the Climats of Burgundy have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015.
