Order before 10 a.m. on the d-day, choose the Chronopost carrier, and receive your bottles in front of your door the next day before 2 p.m.! A real plus in an emergency.

The Point Relais sends you a notification to let you know that your order has arrived. You then have 6 days to collect your package.

If you are not far from our showroom, near Chambery, you can also contact us to put bottles aside and pick them up. We save your bottles for 7 days.

There is no payment deadline. Place your order from our website and pay directly online. 100% secure payment.

We want to satisfy you as much as possible, and for this we will refund your entire order if it is lost during transport. If your order arrives with one or more broken bottles, we will also refund you. Depending on the damage, we will refund all or part of the order.

In case of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the receipt of the package to inform us and return the products (return costs at your expense). They make according to the year and the weather. However, we can set aside a quantity in advance for your establishment. If the desired product is unavailable, we make sure to find you an equivalent product.

We take care of the return of products in order to check the quality and condition of the wines. After checked, we undertake either to refund you as soon as possible, or to return the order to you (depending on our availability) in whole or in part.
