The South-West vineyard extends from Aveyron to the Basque Country through 13 departments. There are 29 AOPs and 13 IGPs with various styles of wine: white, red, rose, sparkling, dry, sweet. No less than sixty grape varieties rub shoulders such as Cabernet Franc, Côt, Duras, Fer Servadou, Colombard, Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Mauzac, Loin de l'oeil, Négrette, Tannat...
