La Chochotte du Boulon
Doris Mossé
Her name is Doris Mossé, but she was nicknamed la Chochotte by oenologist Yves Morard, who would teach her the trade. And so it was in the Luberon that Doris took over 3 hectares of vines, all crossed by the "Boulon" and, of course, farmed organically. It all makes sense! Old Carignan, replanted Syrah and Grenache, with no inputs and with great respect: we say yes.
