Since changing hands in 2018, the estate has committed to environmentally friendly production, farming its vines organically. The nearby Mediterranean and Massif des Maures give its rosés from Provence (and more besides) a unique personality, both subtle and elegant.

Domaine de Favanquet lies in La Londe-les-Maures, a charming village between sea and mountains in the Var. The terroir is unusual, with soils rich in quartz and stones, mixed with sand and silt. These poor, well-exposed soils produce high-quality grapes in limited quantities. The vines, farmed organically since the estate changed hands in 2018, enjoy a privileged setting between the hills of the Massif des Maures and the sea breeze blowing in from the Mediterranean. Viticulture respects natural cycles and the harvest is done by hand, ensuring a rigorous selection of the grapes. This careful work yields expressive wines, both fresh and balanced, that reveal all the character of the La Londe-les-Maures terroir.
