The idea is to bring freshness to the Sylvaner, harvested fully ripe, with 15% of the 2022 cuvée “Les Ruisseaux en mêlée” (a maceration of 40% Grenache blanc, 40% Vermentino and 20% Muscat of Alexandria). The result? A complex, fruity and indulgent wine that is still mouth-watering and keeps you coming back for more…
