Grapes selected and harvested by Julien for a cuvée that's all about freshness. Mostly Carignan, then Alicante (15%). Vinified at low temperature for 2 weeks, it's the cuvée with crunchy fruit and light tannins, ideal for summer BBQs – simple yet terribly effective.
