A new cuvée from Axel, and much to our delight, because it's delicious! A blend of Jacquère and Altesse in almost equal parts, from the steep slopes of the Bauges foothills. A plot in a beautiful setting that Axel pictured as a secret garden. Unfiltered and naturally fermented, as always! You'll find the freshness and tension of Jacquère combined with the roundness and indulgence of Altesse.
