A superb Pinot Noir from the red soils of Chautagne, where the grapes are farmed biodynamically. 50% destemmed and aged in barrels, with no additives whatsoever. A pure juice just the way we like it: fine and easy to drink, spicy and fruity, as good as an aperitif as with hearty, convivial meals.
