A Chautagne blend of Gamay and Mondeuse, macerated for about twelve days and aged 24 months in large oak casks. Fruity thanks to the Gamay, spicy/tannic thanks to the Mondeuse. A juicy wine, yet made for the table... with the air of a light Rhône Valley red.
