A blend that has very rarely been made, since Chasselas is grown almost only in Haute-Savoie and Jacquère in Savoie. A shame, because it is a real success! One brings the aromatics, the other the liveliness. Aged in amphora, it is super fresh and zesty. The ultimate white for aperitifs.
