Sérine is considered the parent grape of Syrah, with similar aromas but a more roasted, spicy and chocolatey side. A real journey back in time with vines planted in 1944, hence the name Résilience. The plot lies on terraces on the windswept plateaus of Ardèche, on a terroir with a volcanic memory. A wine built for ageing, produced in small quantities, that will surprise Syrah lovers!
