• 🍷 Maranges 2023 - Maison Altisolis: originally from Savoy, Vincent launched the Altisolis project in 2023, a négociant-éleveur business born of a love for Burgundy, discovered while studying viticulture and oenology in Beaune. This Maranges has a concentrated, spicy profile that will go down very well at the table with beef or a nice coq au vin!
• 🍷 Gevrey-Chambertin En Billard 2023 - Jérôme Galeyrand: the En Billard plot sits halfway between Jérôme's La Justice and Les Retraits. A wine that is both very elegant and fine, yet with concentrated fruit and a light tannic structure that make it a great all-rounder at the table, and above all it has many fine years ahead of it!
• 🍷 Pouilly-Fuissé La Croix 2023 - Robert-Denogent: a long ageing of at least 24 months in barrel for these Chardonnays on clay-limestone soils, for a simply delicious result! A dense wine with substance, yet beautifully balanced by a mineral backbone that makes your mouth water. A great natural white wine that is clearly one of the jewels of the appellation.
