Nolem, or Melon spelt backwards, for this 100% Melon de Bourgogne cuvée from the Muscadet terroirs. The wine is aged on the lees to bring richness and texture. Perfectly mastered ageing, with the terroir shining through on the mouth-watering finish... A Melon made rather for the table, but just as effective as an aperitif!
