150-year-old Cinsault vines on granite soil, for a superb expression of fruit and minerality thanks to the magnificent terroir of Itata, renowned for its freshness and for the eucalyptus planted there in large quantities. The result is an impressive freshness, with the influence of the Pacific Ocean (about 4 km from the plot) also having its say. This grape, nicknamed the “Pinot Noir of the South”, is magnified by Léo through vinification and ageing in concrete eggs, for a pure and incredibly precise style.
