A second dry Vouvray from Clos de l'Epinay with La Biche, a Chenin from the sunny 2023 vintage. On this 17-hectare certified organic estate, the grapes are hand-picked at full ripeness, fermented with the estate's own yeasts and then “accompanied” rather than aged, with no filtration. The result is a broader, more indulgent Chenin, with fruit and body, yet still with the freshness and mineral backbone typical of the Vouvray terroirs. A food white with real character!
