Pinot Noir from Chautagne, north of Lake Bourget. Newly settled, Pierre left the bunches for 11 days in carbonic maceration, then 6 days destemmed. Then aged in barrel, with no additives from A to Z. A pure Pinot Noir juice in a tangy, fruity and peppery style. A real success that natural wine lovers will adore!
