A really lovely sparkler, fine and elegant, made using the traditional method: Chardonnay brings a slightly brioche-like, indulgent side, while Jacquère and Altesse bring the freshness typical of the Savoie terroir. Serious enough to enjoy with a meal and tasty enough for an aperitif! A great all-rounder.
