Young Albariño vines, a grape better known in the Iberian Peninsula and renowned for keeping its freshness despite the heatwaves of recent years. It also works very well in Cahors, on the limestone terroirs of the Causse. The result is a fruity wine, aromatic but not too much, with lovely mouth-watering bitter notes! A great idea to have planted this grape.
