Pipeño is the oldest Chilean wine: it is a local tradition to bottle this unfiltered, fresh wine made for sharing in a 1 L bottle. A true immersion in Chilean culture! Pipeño Tinto is deeply linked to the country's rural history. It is a peasant wine, made for local consumption. Today it is valued as an authentic wine, close to natural wines and a symbol of Chilean identity: a living testimony to the country's winemaking memory and a counterpoint to modern industrial wines. Pipeño has historically been made by hand: manual harvesting, foot treading, fermentation in open vats or old barrels. Here it is made from Cinsault. Its style is generally light, fruity and rustic, with low alcohol. Ideal for an aperitif or a convivial moment, served slightly chilled, it's a real treat!
