• 🍷 Mademoiselle M 2023 - Alexandre Bain: Alex's flagship cuvée, from a magnificent Pouilly-Fumé limestone terroir that gives a dense, rich wine, both on the nose and on the palate. The magic of the site and natural winemaking let it keep incredible tension and minerality! A great, complex and bewitching wine, clearly made for fine dining. Another real gem from the estate!
• 🍷 La Solera - Camille & Mathieu Apffel: A cuvée off the beaten track! The Apffels blend wines from five vintages, 2021 to 2025, following the solera principle, where older wines feed the younger ones. The result? A white of astonishing complexity that keeps the estate's alpine freshness while staying easy-drinking and mouth-watering. Unfiltered with no added sulphites… A real curiosity for lovers of living wines.
• 🍷 8 Blanc de Sémillon 2023 - Sadon-Huguet: Dare to rediscover Sémillon on the terroirs of Loupiac, south of Bordeaux. No sugar, but a wine of incredible aromatic richness, a bomb of acidity and minerality that will amaze more than one. A great natural wine! Once again, what a success for Bénédicte and Matthieu!
• 🍷 Pouilly-Fuissé Clos de Monsieur Noly 2011/12/13/16/18 - Maison Valette: We recommend everyone meet this cuvée at least once… A true GOAT of natural wine, a blend of vintages from this very special plot. Very long ageing, an oxidative style, mind-blowing complexity… What a wine!
