A co-fermentation of Jacquère and Syrah for this cuvée made in collaboration with Corentin Houillon, her partner. Savoie and Ardèche come together, much to our delight, in a cuvée with the acidity of a white wine but the aromas of a red. 100% pure juice, just the way they both do it so well! A must-have in the cellar for living wine fans… There won't be enough for everyone!
