150-year-old Cinsault vines on granite soil for a beautiful expression of fruit and minerality, thanks to the magnificent terroir of Itata, known for its freshness and for eucalyptus, planted in large quantities. The result is impressive freshness, where the influence of the Pacific Ocean (about 4 km from the plot) also has its say. This grape, nicknamed the "Pinot Noir of the South", is magnified by Léo, with vinification and ageing in concrete eggs for a pure, incredibly precise style.
