A Mondeuse from the great terroirs of the Coteaux de la Mort, on the flank of the Bauges massif. The sunny exposure and steep slopes give it a concentrated, spicy juice with incredible ageing potential. A short maceration and a gentle, sulphur-free vinification, followed by amphora ageing for most of the wine, let it keep plenty of freshness and an approachable style from its youth. It will gain complexity if you let it rest a little in the cellar, revealing the full potential of the terroir!
