Bottle of « Adret » 2023 - Domaine du Kré
Adret is a Gamay cuvée from sloping south-facing plots that give the grapes lovely ripeness. Whole-bunch maceration to keep the fruit, then 10 days in open vats with punching down to draw a little more substance. A table Gamay with a ripe, spicy character but perfectly melted tannins. A great success!
