La Maison Troupeau was created in 2022 by Simon Gastrein. In addition to his Hameau Touche Boeuf estate, Simon created this trading company to ensure larger harvests and diversify his range by buying grapes from winegrower friends. Working the soils and the vines in the same way as him, that is to say without chemistry, naturally and as closely as possible to life.
