A healthy environment and ideally placed vines: perfect for growing Savoie Mondeuse, and much more. Here they grow Persan, Douce Noire, Roussette de Savoie and Jacquère. A must in the region!

The story of Domaine Giachino
An emblematic estate of the Savoie vineyards, Domaine Giachino is based in Chapareillan, on the slopes of Mont Granier, at the foot of the Chartreuse massif. It's a family story: Frédéric, David and Clément Giachino run the estate today with the same conviction.
Respectful of their land, they went organic and biodynamic as early as 2006, "for their health and that of the earth". A healthy environment and vines ideally placed on the limestone scree of the Granier: perfect for growing Mondeuse, and much more.
The family grows rare grapes unique to Savoie, such as Persan, Douce Noire and Étraire de la Dhuy, alongside Jacquère, Altesse (Roussette de Savoie), Mondeuse and Gamay. The Giachinos have also taken over the vines of Prieuré Saint-Christophe, Michel Grisard's legendary estate. The result: precise, frank, digestible wines that reflect the beautiful Savoie terroir.
The cuvées of Domaine Giachino
Black Giac is one of the estate's flagship cuvées: 100% Mondeuse from the slopes of Mont Granier, fruity, juicy and crunchy. Frères Giac blends Alpine grapes, notably Étraire de la Dhuy, typical of the Grésivaudan valley, for a wine full of fruit. The Giachinos also make a dedicated Persan, as well as Ma Douce, Primitif, Monfarina and Don Giachino. And the Prieuré Saint-Christophe reds carry on the legacy of that legendary estate.
In white, the Apremont showcases Jacquère in all its freshness.
For bubbles, Giac'Bulles is a fresh, thirst-quenching, juicy pét-nat, a real energy boost, and Giac'Potes completes the range of wines to share.
