How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your chosen delivery interval and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal. For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products every month, without having to place the order yourself!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the Customer Portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only case where the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.

The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your store.

How can I skip or postpone a collection?

You can skip or postpone payment in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery comes with a “Skip Payment” button, which you can use to skip collection. You can reschedule the payment by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course, you can add products to your subscription. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click on the Edit button in the product sheet and modify, delete or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to securely update your payment method.

When subscribing:

For any subscription taken out between the 20th of the current month and the 8th of the following month:

  • the customer will be debited at the time of placing the order.
  • He will receive the bottles from the current month's box, selected by the company SAS Epi-curieux, within 3 working days from the initial order being placed.

For any subscription taken out between the 8th and 20th of the current month (buffer period):

  • The customer will be debited at the time of placing the order. - Their order will be shipped at the end of the buffer period, that is to say on the 20th.
  • He will receive the current month's box, selected by the company SAS Epi-curieux, within 3 working days from the 20th.

The following months:

The customer will be automatically debited on the 20th of the month, and their box will also be shipped on the 20th. They will receive their order within 3 working days. The customer can pause or stop their subscription at any time!
